With its pretty houses, quaint downtown area and friendly residents, “pleasant” is an accurate description of the town of approximately 200. The National Weather Service says a tornado struck the suburban Philadelphia city of Chester during Sunday’s storm. Forecasters say the EF-0 tornado with maximum winds of 75 mph touched down at 3:45 p.m. Sunday and traveled about three-tenths of a mile.
