This was when the tornado hit Coolidge, Texas we recorded this with a camera. You can hear when the siren goes off.
Tornado Alert In Texas
Test of an ACA P-50 (also known as ASC T-135AC). It is owned and controlled by Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office of Emergency Management. The test is comprised of 1 minute each of alert and attack signals. This is the second time I've recorded this siren because I wanted to record it in stereo with my Canon S5IS.

This is a Gurnee, IL Whelen 4004, these 4004s had replaced a system of dual-toned P-10s. If you listen closely, you can hear another Whelen 4004 sounding Alert, and voice, and at the end a Whelen 4004 can be herd sounding wail tone.

If you heard a tornado warning siren about noon today, no need to run for the tornado shelter. It was only a test.
